Join MAR for Restore & Renew: A Nature-Based Wellness Day - a donation-based, half-day retreat rooted in nature, regenerative healing, and community connection. This restorative gathering offers an accessible gateway to regenerative wellness for all.

Designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit, the retreat fosters regeneration of self, community, and our relationship with the natural world. Through yoga, mindful movement, sound, and nourishing food, you’ll explore the benefits of complementary wellness practices, including nature exposure, breathwork, movement, and nutrition for enhancing overall well-being.

Whether you are new to wellness practices or seeking to deepen your connection, this is a supportive space where every participant is valued and welcomed.

Event Schedule:

8:30 – 9:00 AM | Welcoming Circle
9:00 – 10:00 AM | Yoga Flow with Andrew Ward of Sunstate Yoga
10:15 – 11:15 AM | Mindful Connections: A Guided Nature Hike with Dr. Rebecca Presley, Transformational Life Coach
11:15 – 12:15 PM | Nutritious Lunch - Mediterranean-style bowls with seasonal ingredients, prepared by Nikki Shumann, a local chef and founder of Edibowl
12:15 – 1:15 PM | Embracing the Elements: A Restorative Sound Journey with Sunny Stewart of Wyld Harmony
1:30 – 2:00 PM | Reflection & Closing Circle

Cost:

This event is donation-based; we believe wellness and regeneration are for everyone. Together, we’re creating something beautiful where every person is welcomed, seen, heard, and supported in nature. All proceeds go directly towards MAR’s efforts to build a nourishing experience for all, as well as supporting our mission to empower individuals and communities to improve both the environment and their well-being.
