We’re looking for volunteers to help install protective guards around our recently planted trees along the Pinellas Trail!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Locating previously planted trees

• Assembling and securing protective guards

• Clearing vegetation around the base of each tree

These guards help protect young trees from damage caused by maintenance equipment, wildlife, and foot traffic, and your work will make a lasting impact on this vital green space.

• Date: Wednesday, July 9

• Time: 5:30 - 7 P.M.

• Location: Pinellas Trail, 49th Street S, St. Petersburg, FL, 33711

Suggested Items to Bring:

• Reusable water bottle

• Closed toed shoes

• A positive attitude!

Volunteers ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Street Parking is available in the residential neighborhood one block away.
