This is a clinical retreat, focused on you and the healing powers of nature. Hosted in Florida’s enchanting Floral City, on a regenerative farm and retreat space - the intention of this nature immersion is to leave you feeling restored, regenerated, with a stronger connection to yourself.

Cold Water Therapy & breath: Participate in cold water immersion and breath work to revitalize your senses and reward your body with the healing powers of water
Breath control exercises: Bathe in the light of your own awareness with this ancient, yet impactful, practice to guide you home to yourself.
Relaxation massage & bodywork: Indulge your body into full relaxation with a 50 minute full body massage.

Once pre screened for the retreat, you will be directed to pay and reserve your spot. Prices range from $900 - $1400 for a 3day, 2night all inclusive retreat. 100% of the proceeds go to research and yes, we are a 501c3 non-profit so your retreat cost is tax deductible as a donation!

Yes. There is an added fee, but there will be transportation available from TPA Airport and Downtown St. Petersburg.

Cancellation requests submitted 45-30 days prior to retreat are subject to 50% refund.
